Expert psychological reports for workplace psychosocial incidents in civil, administrative, or workers' compensation proceedings

These reports can assist a court, tribunal, or other decision-making body to understand the psychological impact of workplace psychosocial hazards and incidents that are considered relevant to the legal proceedings.

If you need a court report regarding a workplace psychosocial incident, please contact me directly to discuss your specific requirements. Fees can vary depending on the complexity of the report.

Please note that the purpose of any court report is to assist the court in making its decision. Although a report may ultimately assist the client, the most important thing is to provide objective information to the court.

What type of Psychology Reports do you need for Court?

Psychological assessments and reports for workplace psychosocial incidents are a specialty field in psychology. They incorporate various methods of data collection to observe behaviour, personality, cognitive thinking and capabilities to diagnose psychological injuries that a person may be suffering from as a result of workplace psychosocial hazards.

Psychology reports for court may be requested by a legal adviser, employer, insurer, or another party to assess psychological injuries or impairment arising from workplace psychosocial incidents, recommended treatment and estimates of costs.

These workplace psychosocial incident reports can address:

  • Bullying, harassment, or discrimination in the workplace

  • Work-related stress, burnout, or psychological injury

  • Workplace trauma or psychological impact of workplace incidents

  • Assessment of psychological capacity following workplace psychosocial hazards
