Talk therapy is an essential component of holistic health treatment, focusing on the mind and emotions. It pairs effectively with traditional medicine and mind-body therapies, like acupuncture, breathwork, reiki, meditation, and manipulative and body-based therapies such as massage, osteopathic, and chiropractic care.

Catherine Saliba offers a unique approach to well-being focused on Personal Coaching for Nervous System Regulation. Through individual 1:1 sessions in person and online, designed as an express route to feeling calmer and more centred, and weekly Group Classes aimed at grounding and focus, the practice helps clients navigate challenges and achieve inner balance. This service integrates holistic methodologies, including practices such as Reiki, Sound therapy, Qigong, Yin Yoga, and Feng Shui, providing a comprehensive and multi-faceted pathway to health and personal development.
